WHAT IS MAPULON?
Mapulon is an organization focused on the primary advocacy of mental and physical well-being. Named after the Filipino god of seasons and good health, our Sandigan shares the same purpose of cultivating wellness across the student population.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
As a member of our Sandigan, you can expect to be involved in the brainstorming as well as execution of the many projects and initiatives we put out for the ASHS to push Mapulon's advocacy. Not only that, but expect to be involved in an organization that aims to also foster wellness among its members through the activities done during org meetings.

✧ DR DOGGO ✧
.Woof woof! Sounds like the DOGtor’s in!.
Dr. Doggo was a 1 day event with Mapulon and Communitails, a pet-loving outside organization that touched the hearts of many with their therapy dogs! Along with a presentation that shared everything about dog therapy, doggos Ramen and Yugo paid a visit to our campus and had fun interacting with students!

Collaborating with organizations Grafiction and Art Guild, Vent Art was a week-long project wherein students were able to draw whatever their heart desired on a big canvas, aiming for them to take a step back and destress through the power of art!

Kapit was a 1 day seminar with counselors from the guidance office of the ASHS as speakers, sharing with attendees what psychological first aid is all about. This technique aims to familiarize people on how they could help others that are going through stressful situations, being a helping hand to those that need it.

Handles the design of publication materials to be posted in Mapulon’s social media page/s
Creates captions that are easy to read and makes sure that researched information is valid as they are posted in Mapulon’s social media page/s
Oversees activities done in weekly sessions for all members of Mapulon to build strong relationships with one another
Manages concerns regarding the projects of Mapulon, ensures a smooth process while the sandigan works towards these projects
